Kiani and Dalton’s summer wedding at Spruce Mountain was one big celebration from start to finish! With stunning details and fun surprises, this one was so very memorable.
We have such a heart for military families, so this Army wedding was really something special. The challenges of facing deployment and military life have only strengthened Kiani and Dalton’s love story! Even when she was stationed in Kuwait, Kiani put so much love and care into the details of their wedding day.
We especially loved the beautiful escort card holders on the tables. The bride hand carved each one while deployed overseas, which added such a personal sentiment. So many DIY details made the entire day extra unique and meaningful!
Kiani and Dalton showed so much love and appreciation for the people in their lives. They presented special and unique gifts not only to each other, but to their family members, guests, and wedding party.
After the ceremony, the couple started with a reception reveal before guests were invited in. So often, couples put so much work and thought into their reception. However, things happen quickly on the wedding day, so there isn’t always time to fully take in all the details. This opportunity allowed Kiani and Dalton to see the fruits of their labor on full display!
The bride burst into tears as she looked around the room, seeing her vision come to life. It was just the sweetest moment watching them slow down and take it all in! Kiani and Dalton took time to share a romantic, private first dance before guests began to fill the room.
We always love the opportunity to work with so many talented, hard working vendors. Adrienne, the wedding coordinator from A Glass of Champagne, was simply fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was organized, decorated and on time.
After exchanging vows, the celebration continued with a lively reception! One of our favorite details from the reception was the groom’s cake. In the shape of a whiskey barrel topped with ice, it was truly one of the most creative additions to any reception we’ve ever seen!
While we’re on the topic of creativity, the bride surprised her groom with an adorable beverage burro at cocktail hour! Bonita had us grinning from ear to ear and added such a fun surprise to the evening. Everyone was excited to grab a drink from her baskets and snap a pic.
We have to give a shout out to the amazing catering team from Buffalo Gals! They provided a delicious plated meal, keeping the guests happy and full so they could keep the party going!
Wrapping up the dancing with a sweet bubble exit, the bride donned the vintage inspired hat that she wore when she and her husband eloped years ago. It was a beautiful reminder of the promises they made that day and the life they were now creating together.
Kiani and Dalton, we’re so glad we were able to share your special day with you. Congratulations and best wishes, Mr. and Mrs. Weightman!
